Anchor pulse
Every 1.5 seconds, a small dot materializes at a random spot above the wordmark and draws a dashed line to a specific letter. Like comments landing on the doc. Direct visual metaphor for the text-fingerprint anchoring system — the actual core mechanic of the product.
Replaces the mascot. The wordmark's letters are individually targetable (each in a .wm-letter span). On hover the rate could accelerate; clicking a letter could pin a real anchor. Lots of room to extend.

Each pulse picks a uniformly-random letter, so over a minute you'll see comments "land" on every letter, weighted by exposure. Easy to make the dot distribution match real comment density (more dots → more activity).
